Hello

I'm Sophie, a photographer currently working between Lincolnshire and Cornwall while I complete my final year of a BA (Hons) Photography degree with Falmouth University. My Practice centres around portraiture, automotive, and documentary photography, using visual storytelling and B&W imagery to capture atmosphere, identity, and emotion throughout my practice.​

 

Drawn to honest moments and human connection, I create imagery that feels natural and immersive within a space. My work often explores the relationship between people, environments, and movement, working between the intensity of motorsport culture, to quieter, more intimate documentary moments away from the action.​

 

I aim to create a relaxed and collaborative experience within every shoot, allowing people to feel comfortable and authentic in front of the camera. For me, photography is not just about documenting a subject, but about capturing feeling, narrative, and presence within a single frame.​

 

As I continue developing my practice, I remain focused on building meaningful visual stories, and creating imagery that leaves a lasting impression on my audience.
